Description of the home
we live in an apartment on the 4th floor of a building 5 min walking distance from the city center. It's a 100m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and leaving room,
My husband runs his own business in the 2nd floor of the same building. There we have an extra independent bedroom with in suite bathroom where the au pair would stay, and use her own kitchen.

Details of the au pair's room
Own bedroom with queen size bed and big wardobe, own bathroom , WIFI access and a kitchen almost for her self. The room is located in the 2nd floor of the building, where my husband's company is located, she will be independent but should respect some rules as there will be people working next door, specially during working hours.
The au pair's typical daily schedule
Free mornings to attend lenguage school unless kids are sick and can't go to school. Pick kids from school at 17h, go for a walk or playground then help with the bath and supper, light housework. Free around 20:30h can chosse having supper with the kids or by herself downstairs.
We will also request once a week night baby sitting.Cleaning her own room at least twice per week :cleaning the floor, complete bathroom,kitchen, keeping her bedroom tidy,changing her bed sheets weekly.

Personal note to au pair
We are a young couple used to travel and meet foreigners. Our 5 years old girl is very nice and polite and we are expecting twin girls to be born between February and March.
We offer independence and at least two free week-ends per month that you can enjoy travelling and discovering our region.
there might be also the possibility of horse riding during the week-ends if you help in my parents horse riding school, 1 hour away from our home.

We are looking for somebody very responsable and sensible who likes kids and appreciates also her independence.
We want the Au pair to be clean, not smoking at home and having a daily shower.
