We live in a historic house with lovely gardens and woods, yet only 45 minutes by train from Central London. Also near to sandy beaches. There are two large nearby towns (Colchester and Chelmsford) with bars/pubs, cinemas, theatres etc.There are many au pairs in area; we can introduce you. We can take you to interesting places like Cambridge and Oxford.

Details of the au pair's room
A huge bedroom/living room with its own large bathroom in quiet part of house. Desk, sofa, wardrobes,large bed etc. Access to wireless lap top, email, Skype. WiFi. Sky+, and bicycle. The house is set in large gardens with woods, bordered by a river and stream. There is a swimming pool and tennis court and you have your own car.
The au pair's typical daily schedule
* Feed, and get kids ready for school and nursery.
* Look after gorgeous little girl (just 3 years in March) in afternoons.
* Supervise homework and bathtime. Drive children to nursery and clubs.
* Prepare simple evening meal. Supervise bath time. Light housework. Baby sitting once or twice a week. Free days Saturday & Sunday.

We have great friendship with all our au pairs- one stayed with us for nearly three years and now lives in the cottage next to our house. Another lives very close with her English boyfriend.
