How to use this site

We have designed our site to be straightforward, simple to use and as intuitive as possible. We provide many online help documents for first-time families and au pairs covering most topics of au pairing. We also have a FAQ page that covers most of the Frequently Asked Questions that we get.

If you have an au pairing question or technical issue with the website that is not covered here then please contact us via our support page or call us.

Registering your account

To contact any of the au pairs or families on the website you must first register an account. You must provide a working email address, which is used at the end of registration to send you your account activation code and each time you sign in to your account.

On the first page of registration you are required to acknowledge that you have read our terms and conditions. These are here for a reason so please make sure that you read them.

When you have completed all pages of the registration you will be emailed your activation code. This code is used to verify your email address and activate your account.

If you do not have time to answer all the questions fully during registration you can always make changes to your profile after registering.

After registration all family accounts are verified. An account is verified by a member of our support team who will read through your profile and possibly contact you to make sure that your application for an au pair is genuine. Our verification process is in place to protect au pairs from possible fraudulent families who register and pay to have direct contact with au pairs specifically for criminal purposes. Accounts are verified normally within 12-24 hours of registration.

To find your au pair/family as quickly as possible we strongly advise that you provide as much information about yourself as possible. If you are a family then give lots of information about your family, your home and where you live. If an au pair is going to live with you for upto 2 years then they will want to know as much about you as they can. We also strongly recommend that you upload photos of your family/home. This can be done after you have activated your account by selecting Photos from your Account page.
